Fairly clean and incredibly beautiful place, warm hearted and nice staff. Airy economy double room with good amenities. A safe box, a minibar, and central heating available. The marvellous location for the price, very close to Liberty Square, the courtyard, and the center of the old Tbilisi...

The Makmani hotel is clean - centrally located, and offers local insights. The staff went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary glasses and a bottle opener after our wine tour.
Would be happy to recommend.

I chose Makmani Hotel in Old Tbilisi because I wanted to visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and it had a good location. The around-the-clock staff guidance in English and Russian pleasantly surprised me. The restaurant and the 24-hour front desk and room service were excellent features.
Rooms with all glass can get hot in the summer, but the air conditioning quickly cools it down. The curtains didn't quite close, but the staff was helpful in trying to fix it.

The central location of this hotel was a gem, right in the heart of Tbilisi City. Exploring the snaking lanes and traditional Tbilisi houses in Old Tbilisi was a delight. Plus, the close proximity to popular points of interest like the Rustaveli Theatre and Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre was a bonus.
Noisy courtyard restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tbilisi. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of everything in the old town. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely large courtyard where we could enjoy breakfast outdoors.
